Submission Guidelines
- Originality: All submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers found to be plagiarized or under review elsewhere will be rejected.
- Format: Submissions should adhere to the artificial intelligence webinar format. Templates for formatting your paper are available here Click the link.
- Language: All submissions must be in English.
- Length:
- Full Papers: 1-12 pages, including references, tables, and figures.
- Short Papers: 3-5 pages, including references, tables, and figures.
- Abstracts: Maximum 300 words.
- File Format: Submit your paper in PDF format.

- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your submission is successful. Please keep this email for your records.
Review Process
All submitted papers and abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers to ensure high-quality contributions.

You will receive a notification email once the review process is complete for Abstract Submission. Accepted papers and abstracts will be announced in 74 hours mail through.
Each Abstract Submission will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The review process ensures that all contributions are of high quality and relevant to the conference’s theme.
